This page is maintained by World Famous Eggroll Truck to explain how we handle information when you join the Eggroll Gang.
What we collect
When you sign up, we ask for your first name, last name (optional), email address, phone number, and ZIP code. We may also record how you found us (for example, which link or ad you clicked) and the date you gave consent.
How we use it
We use your information to send you location alerts, giveaway announcements, member-only deals, and updates about the truck. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, we will send automated marketing messages to the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Cookies and tracking
We use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels to understand how our ads perform. Meta may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc on your browser. We also store attribution data (like UTM parameters) locally to help us measure marketing.
Who else sees your data
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the program: Lovable Cloud (database hosting), Twilio (text message delivery), Meta (ad conversion measurement), and Google Sheets (internal crew exports). Each provider only receives the minimum data needed for its role.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup information until you unsubscribe or opt out. After that, we remove it from our active lists.
Your choices
You can opt out of emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message, or opt out of texts by replying STOP. For other privacy requests, contact us at eggrolltruck@gmail.com.
Security
We use role-based access controls and row-level security in our backend so your data is only accessible to the crew members who need it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy as the program changes. The latest version will always be posted here.
